1.What insurances plan do you accept?
A: We accept most insurance and Medicaid, Medicare, and BCBS of AL
2. What are your hours of operations?
A: Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
3. Do you accept uninsured patients?
A: We accept self- pay clients. Uninsured may be eligible to receive reduced fees through the sliding-fee discount up to 75%.
4. What services do you offer?
A: Essential medical care including physical exams and assessment, treatment for acute and chronic disease and condition, laboratory testing, and general health screening. (example – adult health, health education, wellness assessment, etc)
A2: You will have access to resources offered including case management, social services, varies Wellness programs, and community events.
5. What is needed when coming to see the doctors?
A: Bring photo identification, current insurance information if applicable, medication bottle(s) and payment information.
6. Q. What forms of payments do you accept?
A: Cash, checks, Debit/major credit cards
7. Do we take walk-ins?
A: Please call ahead for availability.
8. What type of conditions do you treat?
The Bethesda treats the entire person. Although we treat general conditions such as Hypertension, Diabetes, Asthmas, Colds/Flu, Infection, the focus is not just on medication but prevention and management of the condition.
9. When do I know I need to see a doctor?
A: Any physical ailment that persists for over 24 hours, pain, injury, or you’re just not feeling good.
10. How often should I see a doctor?
A: It is recommended to see a doctor regularly for check-ups or at least annually.
